Cancellation Policy

Members may cancel this service up to 7 days prior to the scheduled booking for a full refund. No late fee will occur for any canceled sessions made 24-48 hours in advance; however, there will be a 60-day probation period before member can reschedule another booking. If member fail to show without prior notice to scheduled meeting, the total amount for session will be charged.
